Versil-Pak ™ Wax Wrap, Daubert Cromwell‘s flexible, greaseproof, waterproof barrier material, combines a high strength fabric and high adhesion adhesive wax with a high barrier plastic film. Designed to protect underground piping in corrosive or severe environments, it can also be used in other applications such as industrial plant piping and drilling equipment.
Originally designed as a waterproof, flexible wrap for pipelines and equipment buried underground, it has evolved into a line of products used to protect oil field machinery, metal tubing, and large and irregularly shaped equipment in demanding environments.
The adhesion wax coating locks out soil, high moisture, acidity, and corrosion-causing contaminants. It also protects against abrasion and impact.
Six types are available in standard 36-in.-wide rolls, 50 and 100 yards long.
