Nox-Rust®8500 Water-Based Coating
Nox-Rust 8500 is a fast-drying, water-based coating that leaves a clear layer of protection on metal parts. The safe, non-toxic liquid is designed to preserve the appearance of finished and unfinished metal surfaces against water-spotting, dirt, dust, and damaging effects of acid and solid particle fall-out during in storage and shipment. Removal is not required.
Nox-Rust 8500 protects metal surfaces against normal oxidation and weathering. A thin coat of the opaque, light-colored emulsion dries to a firm, non-tacky film that prevents marring and scratching. It eliminates water spotting (lightened and discolored type) caused by acidic rains or hard water. Nox-Rust 8500 also prevents rust stains caused by flakes of rust or metal falling on surfaces during shipping.
It is ideal for use on aluminum and galvanized surfaces, and in applications where it is important to present a high quality cosmetic appearance.
